As a startup founder, you occasionally think you’re going slightly potty. You see ‘unicorns’ spring up that are only 8 months old, while you feel like you are wading through treacle.Securing funding, finding commercial fit, getting your first customer … then 10 … then to 100. Every little milestone is comes from the blood, sweat and tears of the whole team, but worth every minute.

So it makes me extraordinarily proud that Envolve Tech was last night crowned Best Performance Marketing Technology at the International Performance Marketing Awards last night. This award recognises our hard work and growing traction in the market, not just in the UK, but now in the US and APAC regions too.On our journey we have met so many people.

From the moment I walked into the University of Baths SetSquared Business incubation programme, to our funding (and belief) though the Thorium Technology Investors group, to latter funding secured through the Development Banc of Wales and Angel Academe. And, of course, our team members who have been with us from the start and those who have come and gone along the journey. Everyone has played their part in getting us to this latest milestone and I got one couldn’t be prouder.
